John passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January
23, 2007 with his family at his side.
 | John August Dietrich, 76, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away January 23,
2007. John was born in Detroit, Michigan on June 30, 1930. He will be
remembered as a devout Catholic and devoted husband and father. As a
former Maryknoll clergyman in Latin America, his Catholic faith was
important to him throughout his life. John is survived by Cathy, his
wife of 28 years, brother Jerry and sister Dorothy, son David,
daughters Raissa, Christina, and Emily, and grandson Charles.
