Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Other shipping carriers are used upon customer request. Items shipped to Post Office Boxes and to Hawaii or Alaska will require additional shipping charges.
Orders generally leave our warehouse in 1-2 business days. During sales and promotions it may be 3-5 business days. Please contact us if you require expedited shipping for your order. *Please note, if selecting an expedited shipping option such as UPS 3 Day Select or 2 Day Air, these names indicate the number of shipping days, not the number of days for package arrival. The day the package is shipped and weekends do not count as shipping days. EX 1: A package shipped on Wednesday with 2 Day Air service will arrive on Friday. EX 2: A package shipped on Friday with 3 Day Select service will arrive the following Wednesday.
