How many panels come in a package?
Ten.
What if I just want to try out the panels?
We sell a sample pack for $17. The sample pack contains four 6x8 panels, one in each texture (medium cotton, smooth cotton, single oil primed linen, and double oil primed linen). We also have material specific Cotton and Linen Sample Packs in 9x12 size. View our sample packs, HERE.
How are the products shipped?
Our panels are shipped to the address you specify. Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Sample packs are shipped Priority Mail with USPS unless ordered with other items. Other shipping carriers are used upon customer request. Items shipped to Post Office Boxes and to Hawaii or Alaska will require additional shipping charges.
*Please note, if selecting an expedited shipping option such as UPS 3 Day Select or 2 Day Air, these names indicate the number of shipping days, not the number of days for package arrival. The day the package is shipped and weekends do not count as shipping days. EX 1: A package shipped on Wednesday with 2 Day Air service will arrive on Friday. EX 2: A package shipped on Friday with 3 Day Select service will arrive the following Wednesday. It is helpful for us at RayMar Art if you include a specific day that you would like or need your package to arrive in the Order Comments section of your order. There is also a UPS shipping map accessible from our home page to indicate how many shipping days are required to your area for Ground Service.
What orders qualify for free shipping promotions?
Free shipping promotions are for orders shipped to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional shipping charges, but will receive discounted shipping rates. Canadian shipments are the only International shipping that are included during free shipping promotions. The details for Canadian shipments can also be found on the Help page
Do you cut custom size panels?
Yes! Although not available online, you can call us on our toll free number 888.809.3314 and we will quote you any size between 3"x3" and 48"x48". Read more on our custom panels page.
Why does RayMar spell "Plein Aire" with an 'e' at the end?
'Plein Aire Panel' is RayMar's registered trademark. The French painting term "plein air" refers to painting outdoors, but "Plein Aire Panel" is our product name.
