Shipping promotions for International Shipments
 

International shipping is not included during free shipping promotions, except to Canada.  Shipments to Canada have the same policy as those to Alaska and Hawaii.

We do our best to extend the offer as fairly as possible to residents not within the 48 Contiguous United States.  RayMar Art will cover what would be the highest cost of shipping within the continental US, and the customer will be responsible for the cost beyond that.  EX: The cost of shipping your order to Canada is $35, but would have been $17 at the most to ship within the US, you would pay $18 for shipping.

The free shipping coupon codes may not work for these orders.  If your order shows the the full shipping amount, we will adjust and discount the shipping based on the price difference before your card is charged.  If the order does show free shipping, we will adjust for any shipping fees.

Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country via online at this time.  But please contact us via phone at 1.888.809.3314 and we can arrange shipping details.
