Shipping and Returns
Shipping promotions to Alaska and Hawaii
Items shipped to Hawaii, and Alaska will require additional shipping charges.  During free shipping promotions, we do our best to extend the offer as fairly as possible to residents not within the 48 Contiguous United States.  RayMar Art will cover what would be the highest cost of shipping within the continental US, and the customer will be responsible for the cost beyond that.  EX: The cost of shipping your order to Hawaii is $35, but would have been $17 at the most to ship within the US, you would pay $18 for shipping.

 The free shipping coupon codes may not work for these orders.  If your order shows the the full shipping amount, we will adjust and discount the shipping based on the price difference before your card is charged.  If the order does show free shipping, we will adjust for any shipping fees.

How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.  Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground.  Sample packs are shipped via Priority Mail with USPS unless ordered with other items.  Other shipping carriers are used upon customer request.  Please contact customer service for additional shipping carriers. *We reserve the right to adjust shipping the quoted shipping cost to reflect any rate or package change. 
What is the return policy?
  We will accept returns or exchanges on any unused RayMar products.  If there is an error with the item(s) you order or damage to the product, RayMar will cover the return and reshipping cost of the product.  If the return or exchange of product is due to personal preference, you will be responsible for return shipping of original product and any new shipping charges for exchanged product.  Please call 1.888.809.3314 to talk to an associate for questions, or assistance with a return or exchange.
How do I return my product?

Please contact customer service if you need to return an item for any reason.  We will exchange or refund the purchase price of the product.  We want you to be 100% satisfied with all of your RayMar Art products.  Thank you.

When will my order ship?
 We do our best to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of the order being placed.  After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information when your order has shipped.  If you have a specific date by which you need your package, please let us know in the Order Comments section of your order.  You can also email us or call us at 1.888.809.3314 to let us know of your time constraints. 
  *During sales and/or shipping promotions, our order volume does increase.  It may therefore take additional time for shipment of your package.
